During this 3 hour event, we will take you through a powerful and healing Breathwork, Music, and Sound activation, followed by a beautiful Light Frequency group Meditation.
What is the Ajna Light?
Ajna Light technology enhances the ceremony by emitting specific light frequencies designed to stimulate the pineal gland and induce meditative brainwave states.

If you can, please bring either a yoga mat or maybe a blow up camping mattress, blanket and pillow. There are extra mats and blankets I can give out if needed.
Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.
Colter has led meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 & loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
