Across cultures and time, breath has been a bridge between body and spirit. This guided breathwork session uses intentional, connected breathing to help you access deeper states of awareness, release stored tension, and reconnect with your inner intelligence.
As energy builds, you may feel emotions or sensations rise-this is part of the process. Through breath, sound, and gentle expression (like sighing, vocal release, or movement), you’ll be supported in clearing what’s been held in the body.
