About this Event
Breathwork is a holistic modality which can support you to process emotions, clear out what is no longer serving you, increase energy and boost immunity, reduce stress and anxiety. During Breathwork journey you might experience big emotional release, expansion in awareness, clarity and more and if it is your first time experiencing Breathwork I invite you to be open and curios.

This Breathwork journey will be in laying down position with closed eyes so to create more safe and cosy experience you would need to:
- Wear something comfortable
- Have a bottle of water with you
- Bring a small blanket, as you may feel cold at times (cushion if you wish)
- Eyemask (optional )/Chapstick ( optional )
Yoga mat will be provided
Contraindications Breathwork is not recommended for pregnant women, a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, acute infectious illness, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs. A personal history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis or a current drug/alcohol addiction.
If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
Waiver will be provided on day of the event.
