🌿Through the ancient wisdom of conscious breathwork, the surrender of yoga nidra, the soul-level resonance of singing bowls, and the releasing of sauna, we will bathe in a space of co-creation and of rebirth.
🌸Come as you are, and be held in a space designed for deep rest, inner exploration, and communal ritual. Allow a soft unraveling of what no longer serves, and a quiet awakening to the wisdom that has always lived within you.
