This guided breathwork session offers a calm, immersive reset designed to help you release tension, access altered states of consciousness, and reconnect with a clearer inner space. Through conscious rhythmic breathing, supported by a carefully curated soundscape that guides you through different phases of the journey, along with gentle live guidance and body-awareness cues, the session encourages relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional grounding.

Inspired by contemporary breathwork practices such as Neurodynamic, Holotropic, and somatic breathing, the session guides participants step by step, from soft activation into deeper presence, followed by a grounding phase to integrate the experience and a final sharing circle.

Expect a moment to slow down and breathe intentionally, a sound journey, a guided meditation, and a cozy, supportive environment in which to reconnect with yourself. Please wear comfortable clothing. You do not need to bring anything; all necessary materials will be provided, including yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks.

Please arrive on time, as the door will close 10 minutes after the session begins.

The session will be conducted in English.
