In this deep, tender, and engaging journey, we will guide you through 4 stages:
1. Coming Home. We'll begin with a gentle somatic practice to help you step out of the pre-holiday hustle and return to the "here and now." Through contact and breath synchronization, you'll feel the foundation of your "we" — that quiet, steady support from which true creativity is born.
2. Clearing the Field. Before creating the new, we will gently clear the space of your relationship. A short, science-backed breathing practice (neuroscience) and meditation will help you release the tension, unspoken words, and expectations of the fading year. You will literally cleanse the space between you to then fill it with crystalline purity and light. This is the alchemy of renewal, after which you will feel the flavor of your intimacy anew, with almost childlike vividness.
3. Birthing the Mandala (This is where the joy is!). And then — pure magic begins. In an atmosphere of quiet and beautiful music, you will immerse yourselves in a state of flow and shared creative delight. No rules, no "shoulds," guided by the heart and hands. Handling the velvet of petals, the whisper of herbs, and the smoothness of grains, you will together create a unique mandala — the universe of your couple for 2026. This is a wordless, meditative dialogue, an amazingly light and pleasure-filled process where you will simply enjoy, create, and feel each other in a new way. In the finale, you will together "breathe" life and intention into your creation.
4. Blessing and Integration. We will complete the circle by charging the mandalas in the shared field and sharing a silence of acceptance. You will take home not just a "craft," but a living symbol of your union — a powerful guide and source of strength for the entire coming year.
