Breathe with Purpose
Ten years ago, I almost died.
In 2015, I had a near-death experience that stopped my life as I knew it and cracked me open. When I came back, I knew two things: I had been given a second chance, and it was not by accident.
That experience set me on a path of searching and understanding my purpose. My life was never the same after this.
Breathe with Purpose is in-person Rebirth Breathwork in Austin, combined with guided reflection and simple exercises to help you get honest about what you are here to do and who you are here to become.
Through conscious connected breath, you will move out of your head and into your body, where the real answers live.
This work can open the door to emotional release. It can bring clarity that thinking alone cannot reach. It can reconnect you to a deeper sense of knowing.

This event is donation-based. When you register, please choose your donation between $33 and $66. 50% goes directly to Women's Generation On Purpose, a nonprofit in Uganda raising funds to build a skills school center for women. Your healing fuels theirs. womengenerationofpurpose.org

Donation: $33 to $66 per session, sliding scale
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, water, light snack, eye mask or blindfold, comfortable clothes
How to prepare:
Do not eat for at least two hours before the session

By registering, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and do not have any contraindications to breathwork, including pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, or a history of psychosis. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, reach out before signing up.
