About this Event
As the sun rises over the sea, we will come together to breathe, meditate and slow down before the busy day begins.
Together, we will explore simple and blissful ways of breathing, mindfulness and meditation in the fresh sea air. It will be a wonderful way to reset your nervous system, clear your head and begin your Friday with intention, peace and energy.
This event will be guided by:
- Clare McKenna
- Dermot Whelan
- And me, Níall Ó Murchú
There will also be an optional sea swim afterwards for anyone who would like to embrace the cold Irish Sea and feel even more alive and refreshed.
Important Information
- Please bring whatever you need to stay warm and comfortable on an Irish beach at sunrise. This may include warm layers, a hat, gloves, blanket, yoga mat or towel.
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and breathing practices.
- You may wish to bring a flask of tea or coffee for afterwards.
- The sea swim is completely optional.
- Anyone entering the water does so entirely at their own risk and is fully responsible for their own safety and wellbeing while swimming.
- Please listen to your body throughout the morning and take part only in ways that feel safe and comfortable for you.
- There is no parking directly at the beach so please park at the harbour and walk up
- In the unlikely event of severe weather, we will contact participants with any updates.
