Join us at the Saha Wellness Center on May 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM (ET) for an uplifting, in-person experience. Breathe Black Man is centered on rest, relaxation, and building community in a supportive space designed just for you.
Come dressed comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and arrive with open energy as we create a day of restoration and connection together.
Enjoy hands-on adjustments and a guided stretch therapy session led by Ariela McKenzie.
