Breathe & Bloom is a guided breathwork and meditation journey designed to help you release stagnant energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and open your heart to growth.Through intentional breathing patterns, you’ll awaken your body’s natural capacity for release, renewal, and expansion. Gentle yet powerful, this practice helps quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space for new possibilities to take root.
Following the breathwork, we’ll move into a deeply nourishing meditation—using visualization, grounding techniques, and affirmations to plant seeds of intention. Like a garden, your inner world will be nurtured so it can bloom in its own perfect timing.

About your guide:
My name is Nicole Keegan, the owner of Dreki Soul. I am an Embodiment Healing Practitioner. My journey has shifted from feeling constantly triggered from being weighed down with trauma in my body to embodying fierce feminine energy dedicated to healing. I’m now a Thai Yoga Practitioner, Reiki Master, Somatic Yoga & Breathwork Facilitator and ordained High Priestess.
Yoga became a means of connecting my mind, body and soul, leading me to mindfulness and compassion. It is about being present Living yoga in your everyday life. The more connected I was with my mind, body and soul, the more I was able to sit with myself in meditation. As time went by, I started performing rituals to help my spirit grow and heal.
