Join us for Breathe&Bloom, a soul-nourishing experiential workshop for women in the mental health space—dedicated to authenticity, connection, and releasing what no longer serves. Held at the serene YAM Studio in Dallas, this intentional gathering invites you to ground deeply, stretch gently, and reconnect with your inner truth. Through guided meditation, light yoga, and heartfelt conversation, we’ll create space to let go and plant new seeds of self-love and personal growth.
This experience is for clinicians, healers, helpers, and seekers—any woman ready to pause, breathe, and remember who she is.
🗓 Date: Thursday, October 3rd📍 Location: YAM Studio, Dallas👗 Dress: Comfortably for light floor stretching (yoga mats provided or bring your own)🍕 Post-Practice Social: Pizza and connection next door after movement
Workshop Flow:
- 10:30–11:00 AM – Guided Intention Setting Circle
- 11:10–11:45 AM – Grounding Yoga + Meditation (doors will close to protect the container)
- 11:45–1:00 PM – Walk over for connection & conversation over pizza
