Welcome to BREATHE- An Introductory Breathwork Class!
Step into a morning of release, rest, and renewal with Your Rest Advocate & Certified Breathwork Coach Nasira Abdur-Razzaq. This 90-minute introductory breathwork class is designed to guide you back to your body and restore balance to your nervous system.
Through gentle yet powerful breathwork, you’ll:
- Calm your mind and release stored stress.
-Reset your nervous system with somatic practices
-Tap into clarity, ease, and presence
We’ll close our practice with journaling and connection time, giving you a chance to integrate your experience, reflect on what surfaced, and share in community with those who are also choosing healing, and rest.
*No prior experience is needed.
Just bring an open heart, a journal, and your willingness to pause.
