Breath of the Soul
Immersive Somatic Release Breathwork Experience is collaborating with Yoga For The People.
Breath of the Soul is an immersive Somatic Release Breathwork journey, designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, deeper embodiment and reconnection with self.
Rooted in conscious connected breathing, the experience blends breath, music, sound and guided facilitation to create a powerful inward journey.
Participants are guided through wireless headphones, creating a deeply personal and immersive experience where music, voice and sound can be received with greater presence and fewer external distractions.
This 2.5-hour experience includes:
✨ Conscious connected breathwork
✨ Immersive wireless sound experience
✨ Guided visualisation and meditative language
✨ Optional somatic support/grounding touch (with consent)
✨ Group connection and shared experience
Participants often report emotional release, clarity, increased connection, nervous system regulation, expanded awareness and a deeper connection to self.

Breathwork can be a powerful experience and may bring forward strong physical sensations, emotional release and energetic shifts.
For safety reasons, this experience may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or experiencing certain medical conditions, including severe asthma, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina, recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or significant mental health concerns.

About Your Facilitator
Breath of the Soul is facilitated by Monique (Mo) Thissen, founder of Soul Space Chester — a holistic wellbeing studio and community space in Chester.
Mo is a yoga teacher, holistic life coach, somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator, with additional training in trauma-informed approaches, embodiment work and nervous system regulation.
Her work weaves together breath, body awareness, mindfulness and emotional processing, creating spaces that are both grounding and transformative.
Known for her warm, gentle and intuitive approach, Mo creates experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves, soften, release and return home to who they are.
