This guided session offers a supportive space to explore the power of your breath, let go of built-up stress, and come back to yourself. Whether you're new to breathwork or already on the path, you're welcome here. Together, we create space for reflection, healing, and presence — no pressure, just breath.
What to Expect:
- Introduction to breathwork and its benefits
- 30-minute active breathwork journey
- Closing circle for integration and connection
- Light refreshments provided
