Breath & Sound Alchemy
We gather once a month to realign, reset and recalibrate. We create a safe space that welcomes ALL parts of you. Permission to feel it all. We don’t offer the classic, “think your way to a new, positive mindset” approach. Rather, we invite you to be taken by your own breath, we hold you there, and encourage you to stay there as long as possible.The experience ranges from a deeply cathartic release, to a one-with-God blissed out state.
Various techniques are woven in & out of the Breathwork Journey to keep the energy flowing & moving. Everything from toning, retentions and bodywork is offered to assist you in going deeper.
We breathe for 45 consecutive minutes while being entranced with the frequencies of various instruments (including @titaespindola angelic voice). Chants, drums, and high-frequency bowls embedded with crystals are played through-out.
We leave ample time for integration to allow the nervous system to rest & for the body to absorb the frequencies of the bowls. We close out the journey with songs, prayers and a share circle.

We open our container with a short guided meditation to ground ourselves in to the space.
This is followed by light movement to get into the body which lays the groundwork for the journey ahead.

Tickets are $55 through Eventbrite, or you have the option to Venmo @Brazil Colandrea to save on Eventbrite fees and/or make a bigger donation. We invite you to tune into your heart & body and give what feels like an equal exchange of energy, between 55 and 77 USD.
We have limited spaces and our classes always sell out so reserve your space via registration on Eventbrite and if you choose the option of donating through Venmo please do so to @Brazil Colandrea in order to save your spot.
We have a no refund policy, but in case you can't make to the event for any reason you can use the credits towards the next one. If you feel the call and don’t have the funds, please reach out though email or Instagram (@brazil.rebirth & @titaespindola) so can work an energy exchange out. No one will ever be turned away for lack of funds.
- Address of private location will be shared though email with additional logistic info in the morning of the event day, once your spot is reserved.
- Bring a yoga mat, a small pillow, a light blanket, and a water bottle.
- Fast 1-2 hours before as it’s uncomfortable to breathe on a full stomach.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing Active Breathwork:
* Pregnancy first trimester
* Detached Retina or Glaucoma
* High Blood Pressure (not controlled with Medic*tion)
* Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
* Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
* Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
* Respiratory Issues / Asthma
* Epilepsy / Seizures
* Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
* Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
* Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
It is crucial that you consult your healthcare provider before engaging in an Active Breathwork practice if you are unsure if it is a suitable practice for you.
