In case of illness or other absence, the workshop will not be replaced due to small amount of participants.
At the same time, you 'sign' that you are over 18, healthy and fit, do not have serious health problems, or are on strong medication.
Breathwork is a powerful process and unsuitable if you are/have:
1. Pregnant or has given birth within the last 6 months.
2. Heart/vascular diseases.
3. Glaucoma
4. Asthma or epilepsy.
5. Serious psychoses or other mental problems.
6. Infectious diseases.
If in doubt, call and ask.
There are a maximum of 9 places at the workshop, so there is time and space for each individual - we prioritize small groups, so the space is safe and present.
I recommend coming on an empty stomach (not having eaten, preferably 2-3 hours before or whatever you can manage) before the workshop.
It is a good idea to arrive in good time, as we start on time. It is also a good idea to wear clothes that allow freedom of movement.
Feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and anything else that feels safe and comfortable.
Remember a drinking bottle, possibly a diary and your power stone (if you have participated before).
The workshop lasts about 4 hours, but don't have a sharp back edge. It depends on how much recovery will be needed after our breath session. And then it is good to have time for reflection
Any questions
Do not hesitate to ask Aiste (50355323), Esben (20111122)
