- Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to cofirm registration and get yourself set for practice.
- A limited number of mats and meditation cushions are available for use, but if you have a favorite, please bring what you'd like.
- Dress appropriately for yoga, meditation and free movement
- We encourage you to bring your own vessel for water or tea which will be made available to your heart's content.
