Breastfeeding Cafe: Mom and Baby Yoga

Amy has been active in the childbirth community for 25 years as a childbirth educator, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, and teacher trainer. Her classes are relaxed and supportive. Come and enjoy a nourishing practice with your little one!

We kindly request that children who are already walking or mobile not attend this event.

No yoga experience necessary. We will have large foam mats available but please feel free to bring a mat and whatever else you made need to be comfortable.
