This once-a-month 5 course dining event pays tribute to the legendary geographer David Thompson and his spirit of exploration through fine cuisine, storytelling, and creative cocktail pairings.

The evening is inspired by the legendary explorer David Thompson, a British-Canadian fur trader, surveyor, and cartographer. Known as one of the greatest land geographers, he mapped over 3.9 million square kilometers of North America, including extensive areas of Canada and the northern United States. Thompson's detailed maps were crucial for the fur trade and later for settlers.
