This class blends elements of jazz and hip hop while focusing on technique, with opportunities to explore tricks and floorwork along the way. Dancers will learn a classy, sensual choreography while approaching heels as an apparatus, adding intention and artistry to every movement.
Led by Amanda, who has spent the past four years performing, choreographing, and producing shows in the cabaret world, this workshop is designed to help dancers step into their power. Whether you love performing for an audience or simply want to dance for yourself, this experience will leave you feeling confident, inspired, and ready to elevate your presence as a dancer.

Additional info:
- 18+. All genders welcome.
- Prerequisites: Comfortable walking in heels or willing to learn, although no heels is always an option!
- Suggestions on what to wear: Knee pads and HEELS (flexible sole heels only, no platform pole dance heels)
- Bring a bottle of water for hydration
- If we have a great turnout, we can make this a regular class!
