We’ll begin by arriving in the body through grounding meditation, followed by gentle, guided somatic movement led by Joelle, designed to invite more ease and spaciousness into the nervous system. There may be opportunities to rest in simple, supported shapes using minimal props—not traditional yoga, but a slow and intentional way to soften, release, and recalibrate. Both Joelle and Elise will offer guided meditations throughout the experience, each bringing their own lens and approach.
February marks the beginning of eclipse season, a time that naturally initiates change and highlights areas of growth. With eclipses activating Aquarius energy, many of us are being invited to question old patterns, expectations, and the ways we’ve been living on autopilot. Over the next three months, much is wrapping up while a new series of lessons begins to unfold—sometimes feeling like forward momentum, other times like standing at a threshold unsure of the next step.
Elise will guide you through the astrology of the next three months, offering insight into the larger energetic themes at play—not as instructions for how to live, but as a forecast to help you better understand the ebbs and flows you may be experiencing. The intention is empowerment: using awareness to make conscious, aligned choices through the coming season.
