About this Event
Parkland Regional Safety Committee is hosting an in-person OHS investigation workshop designed to help leaders, supervisors, and safety professionals understand what must happen, when a serious incident occurs. Beyond just finding root causes, this workshop emphasizes building a strong due diligence defence by anticipating legal pitfalls, managing communication with authorities, handling internal investigations, and preserving privilage.
When a workplace incident occurs, the clock starts immediately. The moments that follow are often stressful, uncertain, and high-pressure but they are also the most critical for ensuring that organizational risk is minimized.
When an incident happens, you have one chance to get it right. This workshop is about making sure you have the right tools in your toolbelt.
Speaker: Christopher Spasoff, OH&S lawyer
Proudly sponsored by Parkland Regional Safety Committee and the Manufacturers Health and Safety Association.
