The doors open at 7:30 and bacon or egg buns with loads of great coffee and tea available from 7:45. Time to mingle and network.
If you've booked in advance and brought you're pop up banner, now's the time to put it up!
We'll kick off at 8 with a quick round of introductions and a brief update on the work of the charity.
Our first presenter, Andy Graham, owner of MHFA and Business Links Golf Networking, will help us with those all important Listening Skill. Andy served as a soldier and in the Fire Service as a firefighter, crew manager, fire safety officer and trainer before founding his company MHFA999 which delivers mental health first aid training to businesses and individuals.
Everybody will get a 60 second (ish) spot for you to introduce yourself and your company and let us all know how we can help you. Who or what is a great introduction for you?
Our second presenter is busy rejigging their diary and fingers crossed will be announced soon.
We'll have a couple of break out sessions and informal networking before we wrap up around 9:30am.
