Womens circles are ancient, a time to gather in circle to share, to be seen and validated. We have built a fabulous community of women.
About this Event

A consistent gathering space for women to come together and reconnect with their true, wild and wonderful selves in a supportive, no pressure, grounded environment. All of you is welcome here, we have created a beautiful community of women who gather each month in sisterhood.

This circle offers a pause from daily life — a place to breathe, reflect, and connect with others without pressure or expectation. Each session centres on a particular theme, with April being “connection”.

Gatherings will include relaxing meditation, reflective prompts, gentle ritual, activities on the theme, and shared conversation.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

• Welcoming environment with optional sharing in a safe space, the silence is welcome as it is here we often find our answers.

• Grounding and relaxation practices, including guided meditation

• Gentle reflection and check-in

• Simple guided rituals and activities on the theme

• Connection, presence, and nervous system support
