MileShyClub's Couch To 5K course returns to all clubs week beginning 27th April - with lighter nights and warmer weather it’s the best time of year to join us!Mondays are in Bramhall, Longsight, Stretford, Urmston and Wythenshawe. Tuesdays are in Partington, Sale, Salford Quays and Swinton. Wednesdays are in Cheadle and Chorlton. Thursdays are in Moss Side, Sale West and Worsley. Fridays are in Altrincham.
Come and get that feelgood feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners and our amazing coaches plus all of our groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this. Come along and give it a go!
