Parking: Please click here to view information from USC. Please focus only on the red box that says UPC. Do not look at the blue box that is marked HSC. HSC is USC's Health Science Campus and is in a different part of Los Angeles. Parking can be tricky, so please be advised! Read the USC parking information and to not park in any RESERVED spaces. There are also parking meters around USC, but depending on the time of day, these can get filled pretty quickly. Using Uber or Lyft is also another best option because that will save money on parking. Parking ranges from $4/hr up to a daily pass of $20 with a $0.50 fee. We have attached a USC campus map. The red rectangle (E7) on the map is the Verna and Peter Dauterive (VPD) building and the two circles show the closest parking structures (McCarthy Way Parking Structure and Flower Street Parking Structure). Additionally, all visitors entering USC must show a valid ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). All persons attending this event will have to go through a security checkpoint on campus, where they will present their ID. If the person at the checkpoint asks why you are visiting campus, your can simply say you are here for a workshop in Dauterive Hall. If you do not have an ID, you will NOT be allowed on campus. We encourage attendees to arrive 15 minutes early and give yourselves plenty of time to park and walk to VPD room 112. To park on USC's campus and then walk to the building can take anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes.
