Get Ready for Brain Humming 101!
The Vagus nerve is part of the parasympathetic nervous system where it helps regulate a person's emotions. By using the power of vibrations produced by humming, a person can activate their brain's production of all the happy brain chemicals. It can also help with ridding the body of all the toxic stress accumlated!
This workshop will cover the basics of mindfulness and teaching the brain humming technique by demonstrating a "full body sound sequence" which include 7 different sounds. There will be other coping skills taught as well.
