Brain + Body Reset is a guided nervous system immersion designed for people who are constantly thinking, producing, leading, supporting, and staying “on.”
This experience blends nervous system education, brain + body awareness, guided breathwork, reflection, and practical integration tools to help participants better understand how stress and pressure may be showing up beneath the surface — and experience what it feels like to shift their state in real time.
Throughout the evening, you’ll explore:

• Nervous system awareness + patterns
• Guided breathwork + embodiment
• Reflection + integration
• Real-life tools you can carry into everyday life
This is a calm, curated, immersive experience designed to help you feel clearer, steadier, more energized, and more connected to yourself.
Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided. Participants will also receive a journal + pen for reflection and a light nourishing dinner to take home afterward.
