A Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu challenge course here in Bradford. The classes will be Monday and Wednesday evenings all the way through April. Starting on April 1st and finishing on April 29th. All classes will be 6:30pm to 7:30pm. You will finish the month with an excellent understanding of the core concepts and techniques of Jiu Jitsu.
