Following months of qualifiers, two teams remain and will battle it out on the pitch.
The Kop car park will be awash with games and activations to keep spectators entertained, with each school designated their own block in the Club's Kop stand.
Supporters are welcome to bring flags, clappers and other apparatus to boost the atmosphere!
