Come and Join the Rebuild Health community for a fun, friendly cicruit style session at Central Park Primary School.
Our expert trainer will guide you through an amazing workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more motivated. Get ready to move your body, connect with others and have fun!

What to expect:
- A 45 minute class interactive class suitable for beginners
- A fun session using games & partner work to get you active
- Post workout refreshments
- Of course good music
Need to Know:
- Bring a water bottle! If you are a1st timer you will receive a water bottle from us (we are reducing single-use plastic)
- You won't need any equipment (We will bring it all)
- The session will be tailored to all abilities
Getting there:
We will be in the hub! The easiest entrance is on Thackery Road.
Someone will be outside the gate to let you in!
