🥊🥊 BOXF.I.I.T Classes 🥊🥊
BOXFIIT is my original take on your generic Boxfit style class.
A 45 minute group fitness class (Warm up, 30min workout, Cool down) consisting of a combination of basic boxing moves/combos, bodyweight exercises and high intensity interval training!
It is fast, fun, social and effective. Guaranteed to get the endorphins following and bodyfat burning!!
Sticking with true HIIT principles BOXFIIT is suitable for all fitness levels, relative to your own high intensity, there are no set reps, no competition, only self improvement.
No boxing experience is required, guidance and instruction will be given. Although, if you have never boxed before a 1 on 1 with me prior to your first class is recommended - You can book this directly with me if you if it's something you are interested in.
