Learn how to make Japanese Katsu Curry and steamed rice in this community cooking class. Participants will be shown how to make it, then supported to make their own dish to take home. Alternatively, take your ingredients home to make at home. Limited to 20 people. Please bring an electric frying pan or wok, chopping board, sharp knife, potato peeler, and wooden spoon to stir your curry, and containers to take your food home.
