Box and Balance - Womens Boxing and Mindfulness Session
Get ready to unleash your inner strength with our fun and empowering women only session.
This is all about combining the power of boxing with calming mindfulness and relaxation techniques to provide the perfect balance of ying and yang.
Whether you're expereinced or a complete beginner, come and sweat, smile, and find your balance in a supportive space. Punch out stress and energise with a fun boxing session followed by a blissful guided relaxation and sound bath to heal, reset and restore.
Boxing session is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Handwraps and gloves are provided.
Women only environement so suitable for women of all cultures and faiths.
If it's your first session please arrive 15 mins early to run through hand wrapping and basic technique. Doors are locked from 2pm, no late admittance.
