A sound bath meditation is a wonderful way to promote deep relaxation, calm a chatty mind & de stress. It’s perfect for anyone who struggles to switch off & gives your whole body a reset, welcoming emotional, mental & physical wellbeing. The best bit is all you have to do is lay in the beautiful boutique space, get cosy & soak up all the wonderful benefits of this truly immersive experience.
Afterwards you’ll have time to just be, reflect & enjoy a warming drink & delicious cake before you float away home.
There’s no expectations, no judgement & no experience necessary. Please note spaces are limited to keep the evening intimate & to enhance the immersion.
