✊ Join us for a friendly, social and purposeful Green Action Day in Bournemouth Central! Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned campaigner, this is a great opportunity to get involved, meet other local Greens, and take part in some positive, practical action together.What to expect
🥞 We’ll start at 10am at Mad Cucumber with a vegan breakfast, coffee and a relaxed briefing. From there, we’ll head out in pairs or small groups for some light campaigning activity, with plenty of support throughout the day.
You’re welcome to take part at your own pace - stay for as long or as little time as you like. Many hands really do make light work, and it’s a lovely way to spend a few hours together doing something constructive.
Mad Cucumber will be our base for the day, so you can:
✉️ pop back to pick up more materials
♨️ warm up or take a break
🕐 rejoin whenever suits you
We’ll also gather later for a drink and an informal debrief to share how the day went and celebrate what we’ve achieved.
What to bring (if you can):
📋 a clipboard
🖊 a pen
📏 a wooden ruler or spoon (handy for posting materials!)
We’ll provide Green Party tabards, and you’re very welcome to wear your own Green hoodie or jumper. Please dress for the weather, as we’ll be outside for much of the day.
This is a relaxed, welcoming way to get involved locally, meet other members, and be part of building momentum for the Greens in Bournemouth Central. 💚
