Explore why boundaries can feel like rejection in relationships and teach you how to communicate them in a way that protects connection
About this Event

Do you feel strangely shut out by your partner(s) when they express a boundary?

Sometimes boundaries can trigger past traumas and fears. Whether it be fear of abandonment, the possibility of conflict, being “too much”, or even losing connection. Boundaries can come with complications. In this workshop, you will learn that setting boundaries is not a new wall of resistance but is essential for bringing clarity and protecting valuable connections from resentment and burnout. You’ll leave with a better understanding of:

  • Why sometimes boundaries feel like betrayal.
  • The ways boundaries show up in relationships.
  • And guided exercises for communicating boundaries effectively without harm.

Humans are messy. Relationships aren’t perfect by design. It’s possible to maintain connections without burning out in the process. Give your nervous system a break and join me for a communications-focused nervous system reset. Looking forward to seeing you there!

About Your Instructor:

Hi there! I’m Farra, an organizational psychology practitioner and founder of the Burnout Support Society with over ten years of combined education and coaching experience. My approach integrates systems thinking, neuroscience, and trauma-informed, somatic strategies to create space for recovery, clarity, and realignment. I bring together science and storytelling to help clients build awareness, regulate energy, and practice sustainable boundary-setting in all areas of life. I believe you don’t have to “push through” to prove your worth. You don’t have to do it alone. And you don’t have to ignore the signals your body has been trying to send you all along.

My interdisciplinary training in biology, psychology, neuroscience, and organizational behavior equips me to recognize how chronic stress manifests both personally and collectively. In the educational technology space, I developed expertise in leadership development, adult learning, data interpretation, and program design. I use these skills to help others identify pain points and implement practical, measurable solutions for themselves and their workplaces.

All of our classes are intended for people 18 years of age and older. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot now!
