Join us for first instalment of B & B Fit for 2026– an energising 45-minute HIIT session designed to challenge your body and boost your fitness, no matter where you’re at in your journey.
Whether you're a regular gym-goer or just starting out, this session is for you. Expect dynamic, full-body exercises to get you sweating, moving, and tapping into the next-level version of yourself.
We can’t promise abs just yet… but there’ll be a little post-workout treat waiting for you. Because every win counts.
