BOTBORG is an international audio-visual performance group that fuses and rewires raw electronic signals to create intensely visceral experiences of sound-colour synaesthesia. Using a complex array of custom electronics, Botborg create totally live multi-sensory assaults of interdependent colour and rhythm, pushing the limits of technology to invoke the maximum possible stimulation of their audience’s mind and body.
Botborg has hosted live demonstrations at many music, film & media festivals internationally, and currently operates in both Australia & Germany.

REPTILE is the enigmatic project of Leif G (LG, Slupr, Shooga, PWG) & Ben H (Tistriallal Binds, Slupr, Essential Minerals label), Brisbane-based multi-pronged noise experimentalists rooted in unfolding contemporary modes of audio and material deconstruction & detritus.
Formed in 2013 and intensely private & shrouded in opaque obscurantism, Reptile synthesizes improvisation and compositional strategies within episodic frameworks. Initially conceived as an annual performance project, the duo has gradually expanded its presence while maintaining a commitment to non-repetition, site-responsiveness, and the ephemeral nature of live composition.

PSYCHEDELIC MICROWAVES is the very rarely seen project from Dylan & Skye [experimental tuesdays & cave inn co-founders, members of a few dozen bands & projects]. This project’s sighting is so rare I can’t recall if they’ve performed since the Essential Minerals showcase in 2018(!), no available bio, and only one track recording available (Down Here, Vol 1) - hugely influential to the experimental scene, this is one for the diary: make sure you catch them before they hibernate again or be buried under the hundreds of side & main projects.
