Botanical Printing with Helen Ruth Scarves

Join us for a fun and creative session of botanical printing!

Create your own printed tote bag using pressed leaves and plants in this hands-on workshop with textile artist Helen Greensmith (Helen Ruth Scarves).

Inspired by the local landscape, you’ll explore mono-printing on fabric using locally gathered pressed leaves and plants, along with textile inks. Layer shapes and colours to build up a unique design, and leave with your own beautifully printed tote bag.
Suitable for beginners and all ages - no experience needed.

By attending this workshop, you are supporting the work of Charlie’s House and the local creative community.

Two sessions are available — please book your preferred time or drop in at the venue and pay on the day:

• Morning session: 10:30 – 12:30
• Afternoon session: 13:30 – 15:30

All materials will be provided
Please be aware that we will be using textile inks. An apron will be provided, but we recommend wearing old clothing, as the inks will be permanent on clothing and fabric
