About this Event
Botanical Bodies: Ink, Material and Community is a free public programme exploring how living systems and material innovation can shape regenerative approaches to art, design, and collective life.
Through an exhibition, workshops, and a panel talk, it opens a space where audiences can encounter biofabrication, experimental materials, and community-driven design.
By weaving together art, science, and social imagination, Botanical Bodies invites communities to experience materials not just as products, but as part of a living, regenerative future.
Social Engagement Highlights:
- ๐ฟ Community Reflection Wall: Contribute drawings, words, and impressions that build a collective archive of community voices on climate, culture, and creativity.
- ๐งต Hands-on Workshops: Learn natural dyeing, biomaterial co-creation, and sustainable colour techniques.
- ๐ Zine Creation: Help co-create a printed and digital zine capturing collective insights and workshop outcomes.
Panel Talk: Regenerative Futures
A cross-sector dialogue exploring how art, science, and design collaborate to shape climate-just futures, featuring speakers from fields such as:
- Circular fashion & post-consumer innovation
