The Boss Babe Academy is a week-long leadership experience designed to equip middle and high school girls with confidence, leadership skills, and tools to create positive change.Hosted in Colorado Springs, the Academy blends personal development, entrepreneurship, mental health awareness, mentorship, and creative expression in a fun, supportive environment. This year’s program is bigger than ever, featuring expanded career development, networking, shopping experiences, performance opportunities, and more.
