• Please arrive no more than five minutes before the start of your allotted booking slot.
• Entry may not be possible if you arrive after your allotted time. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
• Please bring along your booking confirmation as proof of booking.
• Any free products received as part of the masterclass cannot be refunded of exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
• You will be given a unique code to book your Glide skating session on the same date as your Masterclass, this is a non-refundable code.
• Your unique Glide skating session code will be sent within 72hrs of booking., this can then be used to book on the same day as your Masterclass session. PLEASE BOOK ICE SKATING DIRECTLY ON THE GLIDE WEBSITE. A MASTERCLASS TICKET IS NOT PROOF OF A GLIDE ICE SKATING BOOKING.
