Come learn about trails in your Charlotte backyard! For this adventure - we are headed to Evergreen Nature Preserve.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- An hour long guided hike at Evergreen Nature Preserve.
- Flat, mostly smooth, trail (very little elevation gain and some roots)
- Forest bathing mediation activities
- At the end of the hike, Ida Mae will lead an art class related to our forest bathing meditation! Bring your creative spirit, good vibes, and a water bottle!
