About this Event

This is an informal social event designed to meet new people who have similar interests. It is not a traditional book club, and bringing a book is required as a conversation starter / ice-breaker. We ask that you avoid controversial topics of conversation e.g politics, religion etc to keep the evening light hearted and fun.
Please bring a book that you are willing to swap with others (e.g no library books)
If you bring more than one book, please ensure you take home any of your non swapped books at the end of the evening.
+1s must sign up with their own ticket and RSVP separately.
Arrival Time : This event is super informal, and it is OK if you are running late. We have the space booked for the full time , and are normally there until around 930-10PM. We recommend not arriving after 9PM.
No minimum purchase and you are not required to order alcohol. We do ask that you order something other than water for the staff to receive tips etc
Please make sure your RSVP is kept up to date - if you can't attend , please update as soon as possible. Please note that if you no-show without any explanation, we will not be able to include you in future events.
New tickets for those who have previously signed up and ghosted the group, will be automatically canceled. You will need a valid ticket to attend the event.
Please do not promote your own books/service e.g bringing copies of your own book or business cards. This is not a promotional event. and is designed to meet new people and create friendships.
