This is a one-off, immersive takeover of one of Melbourne’s most iconic venues, reimagined as a reader’s sanctuary.

We’re turning Melbourne’s most iconic techno temple into a reading rave.
On Saturday 30 May (4:00pm — 11:00pm), Revolver Upstairs becomes something else entirely:
A room full of people reading.
No pressure. No performance.
Just ambient sound, low light, and deep focus.
The Experience
We’re transforming the front room into a reader’s sanctuary:
– Revs’ legendary sunken couches
– Bean bags + soft carpets
– Warm, low lighting
– Ambient DJs soundtracking the space
Near-silence. Shared energy.
Think of it as something between a book club and a night out.
