With a love of storytelling via improvisation, Amelia is recognised for her breathtaking vocal versatility and ability to capture an audience with her authenticity and honesty.
A finalist in the 2020 Wangaratta Festival of Jazz & Blues National Jazz Awards, Amelia has performed with the likes of Terri-Lyne Carrington, James Morrison, Ari Hoenig, Wycliffe Gordon and Linda May Han Oh. collaborated with pianist Bob Sedergreen on her debut album The First Song, and won a score of awards including the 2017 Generations In Jazz Vocal Scholarship.
In recent years, Amelia has firmly established herself as a versatile vocalist and bandleader in the Melbourne jazz scene, performing with her quartet and ensemble ‘The Radiohead Project’ at iconic venues and festivals such as the Melbourne Recital Centre, Hamer Hall, and of course the home of live music in Melbourne, the Paris Cat Jazz Club.
