This month we are blind speed dating... don't worry, no human dating involved! Combining a regular book club and this event, we have 11 wrapped books for you to choose from. Think Love is Blind, but book version ! You will have to commit to a book, sight and blurb unseen... But don’t worry, the book will be wrapped in a beautiful packaging and will contain bullet points for you to decide which one you’ll be taking home. If you think you already own the book, come seen and we’ll tell you if it’s the one you’re thinking of...
Theme of the month – romance ! Since our session is centered around blind book speed dating, we are welcoming a bit of romance in our lives (and in our books). Whether you are a certified classic romance reader, or (a bit like Manon) you love atypical love stories, there’s room at the table for you. From Pride & Prejudice, The Shape of Water, Icebreaker to the Bridgerton series, come along to discuss the heart-breaking (or melting !) tales you and your fellow book club members chose to read !

About our book club:
Every book club session will be different and engaging! We want to create a book club that is focused on amazing books, straying away from the traditional format where the book is imposed to you.
The AGA book club gives you the freedom to be yourself through reading while also meeting some new people and discovering books you wouldn't have picked for yourself (who knows, you might find your next book crush?)
That's why we will be holding these amaizing sessions in the coming months:
- Oxfam Book excursion - we will go to the nearest oxfam book shop and pick out a book each
- Theme book sessions
- Meet the Author
- Christmas cofffee & Book Swap
