Bonus Class: Which Diet Should be Followed?

Overview:

Join us for a community program about which diet doctors recommend.

During this class, you will learn about different diets and which one may be the best approach for you. Dr. Nguyen will be available to answer your questions and guide us in choosing healthy options.

Registration:

This is a free class. TFHC will provide the materials, but registration is required. Each participant will receive a free herb plant.

Space is limited to 40 participants.

Event Location:

The class begins at 6:30 PM. We will meet in the employee breakroom at the Osborne center. 4620 N. 22nd St. Tampa FL 33611. You will receive an email with location details prior to the event.
