Spring Cleanup is Coming to BondurantAs you start your spring cleaning, here is what you need to know for curbside collection during Spring Cleanup:
Accepted Items (Curbside Collection)
Residents may place the following items at the curb:
• Furniture, including couches and chairs
• Mattresses
• Desks
• Lamps
• Toys
• Doors
• Carpet, cut into 4 ft by 18 in rolls
Collection Requirements:
• Items must be liftable by two people
• Total volume must not exceed the size of a pickup truck bed
Not Accepted Items (Curbside Collection)
The following items will not be collected:
• Appliances
• Construction debris
• Wood, including fencing, decking, and timbers
• Concrete, including blocks and bricks
• Hazardous waste
• Yard waste
• Broken glass
• Tires

Tire Disposal
Bondurant residents may bring up to 5 tires per household. Tires must be off the rims and must be standard passenger or truck tires. Business, farm, semi, solid, hazardous, or stockpiled tires will not be accepted.
Yard Waste Drop-Off
Available from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Public Works Maintenance Shop, 306 1st St. NW, behind the American Legion.
Accepted yard waste includes grass clippings, leaves, brush, and garden waste. Branches, tree limbs, and trunks are not accepted. For disposal options for those items, please contact City Hall.
Please follow all guidelines. Items that do not meet program requirements may be refused, and items left at the curb after cleanup will not be collected.
